Summer News Brief 2009!

• July 4th with Carrie Parker 9:00. 10:30 Class canceled with Kathy,
• Carrie will now be teaching on Thursday Night at 6:30 PM only.
• On July 25th Saturday 2-5pm, Join Anusara Yoga Teacher and  Kent Lindermere for an Inversion Workshop.

• Please welcome our new teacher Nicole Brown Wednesday Night at 8PM
• Grish will be playing live in Shivadasi's class on September 25th, the fee for the class is $2o to cover the cost of Grish a renowned Bhakta and Kirtan Singer. 
• Shiva Shanti Teacher Training Applications must be submitted by August 1st 2009. 
• Now is the time to book for our trip to Jamaica  January 31-February 5, 2010, $500 non -refundable deposit.
